Art-Caviar is a restaurant and caviar boutique where visitors have the opportunity to taste different varieties of famous Russian caviar in the concept of the author’s cuisine of one of the best Russian chefs in Russia.
In the interior the emphasis is placed on the modern Art Deco style. One of the features of the interior is an interactive bar counter. From here you can watch the fascinating process of cooking and shoot spectacular Stories for Instagram.
For serving, the restaurant uses tableware made on a special order for the restaurant by the Imperial Porcelain Factory of St. Petersburg.
The establishment has three zones: the first is the restaurant itself, the second is a hall for private events, and the third is a caviar boutique with a tasting area.
Guests can visit the Caviar Boutique Museum of the Russian Caviar House Group. The exposition presents historically significant items of caviar trade. Here you can buy about 20 varieties of caviar, as well as fish from your own farm.
The restaurant’s menu is based on fish and seafood, which the chef prepares using local vegetables. The menu is created in accordance with fashionable European trends, and, at the same time, with respect for the local Russian product and with a special creative look at gastronomy.
The bar offers a wide selection of sparkling wines and champagne, classic wines from Europe and the New World, as well as Russian wines produced in the Krasnodar Territory, Rostov-on-Don and Crimea.
