The “Artichoke” restaurant, which operates on the “time-cost” system, offers guests meals at cost, but charges a fee for the time spent in the establishment. This allows you to delight guests with author’s delicacies and, at the same time, keep fairly affordable prices.
The interior is made in natural colors. It is based on shades of brown – from milky beige to deep chocolate. The spacious room with light cream walls houses tables of different sizes for different numbers of guests. Cozy armchairs and sofas in milk coffee, dark wood panels and partitions, shelves with stylish little things and baskets of herbs create a cozy atmosphere.
The restaurant offers a very extensive and interesting menu: tender herring forshmak, grilled eggplant rolls with juicy roast beef, cabbage soup with brisket and potato cream soup, salmon in teriyaki with mashed avocado, sun-dried tomato and basil cream, steak with julienne from porcini mushrooms, handmade dumplings with different sauces, classic charcoal steaks.
For dessert, try fried ice cream and Japanese cheesecakes.
There is also a separate breakfast menu.
The institution has a play area for children. Sports broadcasts can be watched on large screens, and a spacious terrace with beautiful views opens up in summer.
