“Nama” is a modern Asian cuisine restaurant in Kovensky lane.

The restaurant’s philosophy is revealed by the interior: calm tones, panoramic windows, live green plants and the heart of the restaurant – an open kitchen in the center of the hall. There is a seating area around the kitchen. Light music and dim lights create a pleasant intimate atmosphere.

The menu is based on South-East Asian cuisine. There are many fish and seafood dishes on the menu, which can be served in their original or cooked form at your request: the kitchen uses Japanese tuna and Far Eastern scallop, Kamchatka crab, Argentinean pink shrimp.

The menu opens with a section of traditional sushi and sashimi, but also offers some dishes in the author’s interpretation: tacos with crab, beet tataki, fish teppanyaki are prepared here. The restaurant also serves hand rolls, tartars and tartar rolls with scallop, crab, ebi shrimp, eel, salmon and blue fin tuna.

We recommend tasting the dishes that have become the hallmark of the restaurant: duck breast with hoisin sauce, juicy marbled beef with glass noodles and grilled shrimp.

As a compliment, each guest is served warm Japanese bread with butter, mixed with mascarpone and Japanese furikake spices.

Dessert card hits are yuzu panna cotta with grapefruit and fluffy cotton Japanese cheesecake with pistachio sauce, cooked without flour.

The bar list focuses on Asian drinks: several varieties of sake, including rare sparkling sake, Asian whiskey, Chinese Baijiu distillate, beer, fruit wine from Japan.

The line of signature cocktails with Asian flavors deserves special attention. For example, the Akira mix is built on a combination of the sharpness of chili syrup and the sweetness of mango puree to which baijiu, vodka and lime juice have been added. A refreshing Yoko cocktail with gin, yuzu liqueur, guava juice, basil and lemongrass is an aperitif.

Thanks to the successful zoning, there will be a place for large companies and for private meetings. In addition to the main hall, a cozy terrace in the courtyard is open during the warm season.
